Slide the FILE DRAWER BOTTOM (QQ) down the grooves in the FILE DRAWER SIDES (MM and NN) until it is 

tight against the FILE DRAWER FRONT (LL).

Attach the FILE DRAWER BACK (OO) with four SCREWS (10).

Press one FILE HOLDER (20) onto each of the file drawer sides.
