Attach tube base (E) to back frame (A) and legs (B) & (C) with hex socket head bolts
(1). Use Allen key (4) to install bolts (1).
NOTE
: The mounting brackets on tube base (E) have to be positioned in a way that they
follow the angle with the chair legs. This will dictate whether it is upside down or not.
Tighten all bolts previously installed in steps 1, 2 and 3.
