LEVEL Knob:
Adjusts the chorus volume.
DEPTH Knob:
Adjusts the chorus sound depth.
RATE Knob:
Adjusts the chorus speed.

1/4” mono audio jack, for connecting
instrument.
OUTPUT Jack:
1/4” mono audio jack, for connecting
to an amplifier.
Footswitch and LED:
