The appliance
will not charge.
1. The charging dock
is not plugged in.
2. The appliance
is not correctly
connected to the
charging dock.
1. Plug the charging dock into
a power outlet.
2. Remove the handheld
vacuum from the vacuum
chassis and reattach it.
If the problem persists,
take the vacuum off the
charging dock and put
it back on again, making
sure it is lined up with the
charging poles.
04 Loss of suction.
1. The dust bin is
full.
2. There is a
blockage in
the air inlet or
accessories.
1. Empty the dust bin and
clean the cyclone and the
filters.
2. Remove any hair and
debris from the rotating
brush and 2-in-1 nozzle.
Check that the air inlet
or air intake duct are not
blocked.
