Observe the following cable cross sections:
– < 6 m (in the interior): 4 mm

– Cables laid over the shaft (Caravan only): 2.5 mm

Secure the power supply line for the heating element
(connection 3/4) with a 16 A fuse, and the power supply line for
the lighting (connection 5/6) with a 2 A fuse.

Lay the power supply line for the heating element (connection 3/4) via a
ignition-controlled relay to prevent the battery from accidentally being
discharged completely when the engine is switched off (fig.
s
, page 9).
