8 Cleaning and maintenance
8.1 Cleaning the appliance
CAUTION!
Before cleaning, switch off the appliance, disconnect it from the
mains power supply and wait for it to cool down.
IMPORTANT!
Hot surfaces could be damaged if they come into contact with
cold water or a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive, corrosive, chlorine-based products, scourers
or steel wool.
Do not leave acid or alkaline substances (vinegar, salt, lemon
juice, etc.) on appliance surfaces.
For stainless steel surfaces and enamelled parts: wash with soap
and water or mild detergent, rinse and dry. Use clean sponges
and cloths.
CAUTION!
Do not use rough abrasive material or sharp metal scrapers to
clean the glass oven doors as these products may cause the
glass to shatter.
Do not use steam cleaners to clean the appliance.

particular, remove oil residues and encrusted grease.
