• This appliance has been designed for domestic use only, and is not suitable for
commercial use; in a place of commerce or an industrial establishment.
• The appliance is intended for use only in dry indoor environments. Do not install
the appliance in a wet or humid environment such as a bathroom, sauna, laun

dry room or other humid or semihumid premises.
• Set the device on a stable, dry and even surface and ensure that nearby elec

trical equipment does not cause interference.
• The appliance is not intended for use by children or infirm persons who cannot
use the appliance safely, without supervision. Young children must be super

vised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not let the appliance run unsupervised.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
• Do not pour water or other liquids into or on the appliance.
• Do not expose the appliance to fire, direct sunlight or other sources of heat,
excessive cold or corrosive substances.
• Ensure that foreign objects cannot enter the appliance or get caught in the
fan blades.
• Turn off the appliance before disconnecting the plug from the mains socket.
• Turn off the appliance before cleaning, servicing or moving the appliance and
disconnect the power plug from the mains socket.
• Do not use the appliance if it has been damaged (e.g. it has been dropped or
there is visible damage). Do not use the appliance if the power cable or plug
has been damaged.
• An extension cord can be used, but ensure that it does not pose a tripping
hazard.
• If you do not use the appliance for a while or if it is being stored, disconnect the
power plug, empty the water tank and clean the appliance before storing. The
appliance is to be stored in a dry environment, in room temperature.
• Do not attempt to open the cabinet or dismantle any parts from the appliance,
there are no serviceable parts inside.
