Leakage from caps • Cap seals deteriorated • Close caps or replace seals.
To disassemble the aerator -10-, unscrew the ring nut -10.3- and clean the filter -
10.2- from any impurities. Fit back the aerator by carrying out the procedures in rever-
se, taking care to position the seal -10.1- correctly.
Remove the plate -1- and indicator ring -2-unscrew the lock screw -3- and remove the
handle -4- unscrew the worn closing mechanism-5-. To assemble, reverse the pro-
cedures, taking care to clean the surfaces in contact with the seals.
In case of a shunt malfunction, lift the knob -9.1- and unscrew the shunt body –9.4-
and take out the whole shunt; check the condition of the O-rings- 9.2-9.3-9.5-and the
biconic seal –9.9- and if necessary, replace the whole shunt. Fit the shunt by scre-
wing on the body –9.4- only after cleaning the seals, the surface in contact with the
seals inside the tap body, and applying a thin film of lubricating grease, if needed.
Our tap and fittings are guaranteed for five years from their installation (valid from
purchase date). The warranty applies to all manufacturing defects provided that
assembly, use, and maintenance are carried out in observance of the assembly
instructions. Application of the warranty stipulates that the warranty has been filled
in correctly.
