The limitation period for the claims of the customer due to defects is twelve months
from the delivery of the ordered product at the customer. All claims for damages of
the customer due to other reasons than the defect of the supplied product as well as
with regard to the rights of the customer in case of fraudulently concealed faults or
damages caused by gross negligence are subject to the statutory limitation period.
The regulations with regard to the limitation periods according to § 479 BGB (Ger-
man Civil Code) remain unaffected.
