13. Customer support and customer compensation standard
- The problems that occurs using the product can be solved through FAQ and 1:1 questions
in the app.
- When the is a reason for free exchange, you can first get informed through 1:1 questions
in the app before free exchange.
Customer support
Standard of free exchange
-Warranty is for one year, and if there is an error in the product and its function within a year, not
caused by a user’s fault, free exchange and firmware update will be supported.
Standard of paid exchange
-When the warranty expired(1 year for equipment, 6months for expendable supplies)
-When problems occurred due to violations of precautions or prohibition of the product use.
-When problems occurred due to customers’ obvious faults such as submersion or screen
damage.
-When the product was damaged due to natural disasters such as typhoon, rains, floods,
earthquake.
-When expendable parts are dead(battery, cable, cradle, etc.)
-When the customer disassembled the product arbitrarily, when a person who is not a CS
professional from the service center tried to repair and then errors occurred.
-When washing the inside of the product and removing dirt.
