Insert batteries
Preface
Thank you for purchasing a dnt product.
General
The portable speaker is delivered with a cover which acts as a stand and
sound box. Slide the cover sideways to put the device into operation.
Getting started
The portable speaker can be powered by batteries and AC adaptor.
Insert batteries
(illus. 2) Open the battery compartment and insert 4 alkaline batteries,
AAA size, as indicated by the polarity symbols (+ and -).
Close the battery compartment. The device is ready for use.
Connect AC Adaptor
Put the plug-in AC adaptor into the electrical outlet and the other end with
the terminal connection
DC input
of the device (illus. 3).
Connect the audio output of your MP3 player, CD players, stereo set,
PCs or Notebooks with the device (illus. 3). Use the enclosed audio cable
for it.
Slide the cover into the feather on the rear side of the device. (illus. 4).
Slide the volume control to the left and turn the device on. Set the volume
to a comfortable level.
The portable speaker uses the cover as a resonator. It is an
advantage to put it on a resonance area (table, cupboard etc.)
to achieve even better sound quality.
If the volume of the audio device is to high, it results in a higher
distortion.
