SKIN SENSITIVITIES
Some people may experience reactions to certain materials used in wearable items that
are in prolonged contact with their skin. You may be more likely to experience irritation
from any wearable device if you have allergies or other sensitivities.
The metallic parts of your DnaBand, your Capsule if it is of the metal type, and the
Watch accessory if you have one, contain some nickel. Customers with known nickel
allergies should be attentive when wearing the DnaBand, the metal Capsule and/or the
Watch accessory, until they can determine they are not experiencing an allergic reaction.
The rate of nickel release is within the guidelines set out in EU Regulation (EC) No.
1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of
Chemicals (REACH). Nevertheless, prolonged contact with your skin may contribute to
skin irritation or allergies in some users. To help reduce irritation, DnaNudge advises
that you keep your products clean, keep them dry, don’t wear the band too tight, and to
give your wrist a rest by removing the band for an hour after extended wear.
If you feel soreness, tingling, numbness, burning or stiffness in your hands or wrists
while or after wearing the products, please immediately discontinue use and consult
your GP before resuming wear.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
DnaNudge Limited warrants the Watch for a period of one year after the date of
purchase provided it has been used and maintained in accordance with these instructions.
If any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs within this one year
warranty period, DnaNudge Limited will repair or replace the Watch at its expense.
If you wish to claim under this warranty you will need to provide proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from a fall or impact, wear and tear
or incorrect handling not in compliance with the instructions for use.
These warranty restrictions do not affect your statutory for use rights.
