Warning:
The equipment is installed in a restricted-access location. It
has a separate protective earthing terminal on the chassis
that must be permanently connected to earth ground to
adequately ground the chassis and protect the operator from
electrical hazards.
Caution:
Before equipment installation begins, ensure that a licensed
electrician has attached an appropriate grounding lug to the
grounding cable that you supply. Power installation must
be performed by a qualified electrician and comply with
the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70 and Canadian
Electrical Code, Part I, CSA C22.1.
Connect NRM311 to earth ground before you connect power
to NRM311. You must use the protective earth terminal on
the NRM311 chassis to connect the NRM311 to earth ground
(see Figure 1 and Figure 2).
