Notes on Waterproofing Specifications

Double waterproof construction
· To prevent water from penetrating the Battery Module, two O-rings
(red) are attached. Also a drip-proof gasket (IPX6 waterproof
rated) is provided to protect electrical contacts from water ingress.
· The maximum immersible depth when the modules are connected
(during underwater use) is 100 m (IPX8). Do not use this product
at any greater depth. Waterproof performance is assured only
when the product is maintained properly by the user. If water
penetrates the main body of the Ring Light, the internal protective
circuit will be activated, temporarily preventing the power from
being turned on.
* Waterproof capability is not available when the modules are
disassembled.
* Do not let the USB connection cable get wet since it is not
waterproof.
