IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION
• Check the blanket carefully before each use.
• If you notice visible damage on the blanket, do not use and return to the manufacturer or dealer.
• The blanket can only be operated with the controller.
• Before connecting the blanket to the power supply, please ensure that the supply voltage stated on the rating plate is
compatible with your mains supply.
• The blanket may not be operated while folded, creased, wrapped in a cover or placed around the mattress.
• Four fastening straps are located on the corner of the blanket. Use these straps to attach the blanket to the mattress using
a suitable band or cord. Make sure that the blanket is firmly strapped to the mattress in both directions
• and that it will not crease while it is being used. Check if it is in the correct position before lying on it.
• During use, the controller switch and cable must not be placed on or under the blanket or be covered in any way.
• Before using it on an adjustable bed, make sure that the power cable and the blanket do not get caught in the hinges or get
crumpled when making adjustments.
• Neither pierce the blanket with, nor attach safety pins or other spiky or sharp objects to the pad.
• Particularly do not use the electric under blanket with the infirm, infants or persons insensitive to heat.
• Not to be used by very young children (0-3 years). Children under the age of three are not to use this appliance due to their
ability to react to overheating.
• Children shall not play with the blanket.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Never use the blanket unsupervised.
• Prolonged use of the blanket at a high setting could lead to skin burns.

• Never touch a blanket that has fallen into water. Unplug the blanket from the mains outlet immediately.
• Keep the mains cable away from hot surfaces.
• Never carry, pull or turn the blanket by the mains cable and do not let the cable get tangled.
• Do not use the blanket when wet and only use it in dry environments (not in the bathroom or similar environments).
• The controller and cable must not be exposed to any kind of moisture.
• If a fault occurs, do not attempt to repair the blanket by yourself. Repairs must only be carried out by an authorized
specialist dealer or other suitably qualified personnel.
• If the power supply cable is damaged, it may only be replaced by, an authorised dealer or by qualified electricians. In order to
prevent hazards, always send the blanket in to the service centre.
• Let the blanket cool down completely before folding and storing it. Do not fold it too tight.
• When not in use, store the blanket as follows :
- Store the blanket in its original packaging and keep it in a clean, dry place.
- Fold the power cable carefully to avoid cable breaks.
- Do not crease the blanket by placing items on top of it during storage.
• Should you have any concerns about health issues, consult your doctor before using the blanket.
• If you experience any pain or discomfort while using the blanket, stop using it immediately.
• The blanket is only for private use and is not to be used in hospitals.
