Service Note
Before proceeding, discharge any static electricity from your body by touching a bare screw from the
instrument. Turn off the instrument and disconnect the AC power cord.
Solution / Action
Step 1
Using a Phillips Head Screw Driver, remove the nine screws from underneath the drive plate and
the one screw located on the top rear of the cover.

Remove the drive plate cover by holding both sides and raising the cover up.

Remove the spindle drive belt by pulling it off the idler wheel as shown.
