YOUR
TELESCOPE HAS A
15X MAGNIFICATION
,
WHICH MEANS YOU
CAN SEE THINGS
15 TIMES CLOSER
THAN WITH THE
NAKED EYE.
Assembly
You have a ‘refractor’ telescope, which means it has
a long tube with a lens in front and an eyepiece at the
back. The front (objective) lens focuses light to form
an image in the back. The eyepiece is a little
magnifying glass with which you look at
the image.
Since your telescope is lightweight it can
be used as hand-held and is perfect for
carrying in your back-pack and using
on trips, holidays and explorations.
It is especially good for activities
like bird-watching!
