Adjust  the  mitre  angle  and  cutting  depth  to  the

required  level  and  place  front  of  the  base  plate

on the workpiece (do not allow the blade to touch

the workpiece at this time).

Start the saw, when the saw is at maximum speed

slowly push forward. Hold the saw securely with

both hands.

7. FITTING A NEW BLADE

 (See fi g7, 8 & 9)

NOTE:

If the inner fl ange is inadvertently removed this

will need to be re-fi tted before fi tting new blade.

Fit  inner  fl ange  with  smaller  diameter  section

facing inwards to saw body. (See fi g8 for blade

component fi tting order.)

4.Slide a 185mm cutting blade through the hole

in  the  bottom  of  the  metal  baseplate  and  place

on the central hub on top of the inner fl ange, you

may need to wiggle the blade a little to achieve

this.

7.Release the blade guard.

Note:

Only use the correct diameter blade

(185mm)with  a  16mm  bore,rated  speed

of  blade  should  be  higher  than  rated  speed  of

machine.

8. RIVING KNIFE ADJUSTMENT

 (See fi g10)

1.The riving knife prevents the blade from being
