Please read the instructions before using the product.
These instructions apply to the headrest standard Combi chairs.
Purpose
The Headrest can be used on all Combi chair models. The contoured padding lends support to the user’s head and
neck. The headrest is angle and height adjustable.
Assembly
Before the headrest can be assembled the black covers in the backrest need to be removed. Screw the cylindrical metal
bracket onto the backrest pushbar using the 2 screws (3) and metal bushes (4) provided. Slot the tubing into the bracket
and tighten the hand lever.
Adjustment
The Headrest can be height adjusted by loosening and tightening the lower hand lever (1). Angle adjustment can be
achieved by loosening and tightening the upper hand lever (2).
Maintenance
Clean with regular cleaning agents without corrosive or abrasive properties. We advise against the use of chlorine and
solvents.

Use only as described under “Purpose”

Make sure to tighten the hand levers after adjustment.

A headrest should always be used on a tilt chair.
•
The end stop/clip at the headrest may not be removed. This end stop ensures the safety and the maximum
height of the headrest.
