ASSEMBLING THE WHEEL HUBS

Once a year, disassemble the wheel hubs for thorough 

cleaning and lubrication.
To assemble back a hub:
1. Fit the lubricated hub onto the axle.
2. Install a castellated nut. Tighten until it is no more

possible to turn the hub by hand, then back the nut

off one notch on the cotter pin hole.

3. Insert the cotter pin.

4. It should be possible to turn the hub by hand, This

confirms the proper adjustment of the bearings.

5. Install the dust cap
