Room temperature control

Your DuoHeat radiator works by providing continual warmth from a
carefully balanced combination of retained and ‘direct response’
heating.

Some energy is taken in by the radiator when electricity tariffs are
low. The radiator will automatically determine how much heat
needs to be stored each night depending on changing weather
conditions.

The stored heat is supplemented whenever needed by top up heat
from the radiant front panel, to ensure room temperatures remain
to your preferred level throughout the day.

•

Controls the amount of heat emitted from the radiator.

•

When only background heating is required (e.g. the room is

unoccupied) set the control to minimum (1 bar).

•

When more heat is required (e.g. when the room is occupied)
set the control to your preferred comfort setting

•

To set the room temperature level required, press the ‘+’ or ‘-‘

     buttons.

•

The display will indicate the level you have selected.

•

After the control has been adjusted, the brightness of the dis-
play will revert to a background level after a few seconds of
inactivity.

Child lock

•

To activate the child lock,
press the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons
together for approximately 3
seconds.

•

A light in front of the key symbol on the display will illuminate,
indicating that the control is locked and cannot be adjusted.

•

To deactivate the child lock, press the buttons simultaneously
again for 3 seconds, until the light in front of the key symbol is
no longer illuminated.

Pilot wire central programmer RX010006

The RX010006 central control can be used to
control the operation of multiple DuoHeat
radiators remotely.

minimum output setting.
(NB room temperature control cannot be adjusted)

Frost protection

protection temperature
