Average Over Time is a special mode. If you select
this parameter, when the instrument is in the
normal display mode (when MAX is not selected)
the reading on the display will reflect an average of
the forces that have occurred since the force
exceeded 2.5% of full scale. The average is stored
in memory and can be cleared for the next test by
pressing the RESET key. The maximum values are
also stored and may be accessed by using the
MAX key.
