How to properly use USB3.0 Enclosure
Connections
Connect the device to USB port of computer, and you
can see a USB hard disk icon added to “my computer”
after a moment.
Disconnecting
1.
On windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista/7/8.1/10/11, click
hot plug-in-and –out icon on the right of the status
area first, select USB hard disk in the dialog box and
click left.

Wait until a dialog box saying “Hardware safely
removable” and then you can disconnect the USB
hard disk.
Trouble Shooting
In case that you cannot find USB hard disk in the
computer with normal operation, please click
“MY COMPUTER”=>” CONTRAL PEANL” => ”SYSTEM”
=> ”EQUIPMENT MANAGER” to see if there is an item
of “universal serial bus controller”. If not, reboot the
computer; get into CMOS setting and set “ON CHIP
USB” as “ENABLED” either at” CHIPSET FEATURES
SETUP” or at “INTEGRATED PERIPHERALS”
