11. Warranty
The terms of the warranty cover all defects
pertaining to the product which are clearly the
result of material defects or manufacturing
errors.
The warranty period lasts for 24 months from the
notification of readiness for dispatch; at the
latest from delivery.
The warranty does not cover intentional
damage, or damage caused by natural
wear and tear, careless or improper
handling or use.
The same applies to the use of unsuitable
detergents, lubricants or fats.
In case of complaints, the warranty form
must be filled out in full and submitted.
