3. Deliver the product, postage prepaid and carefully packed
and insured, to the address indicated in the instructions for
Warranty Claim Processing received from our Customer
Service.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
4. When the warranty service is completed, the repaired or
replacement product will be returned to you postage prepaid.
Game Technologies S.A. will repair or replace your DICE+ and
will ship it back to you within 14 working days.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUM
STANCES) AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. GAME
TECHNOLOGIES S.A. NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHO-
RIZES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER
OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS
PRODUCT.
GAME TECHNOLOGIES S.A. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO
THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
