N.B: the thermostatic cock

’s adjustment range ranges from 120°C to 320°C and 

you will hear a click at  each division, giving a temperature difference of ~ 28°C. 

 
Maintenance: 
There is very little maintenance to do thanks t o the corr ect way the appl iances have been 
made. 
However, we do advi se having the systems c hecked by a quali fied technician at least 
twice a year . 
 

N.B

: Under no circumstances must you ta mper with the thermostatic cocks as they woul d  

become uncali brated 

 
 
 
Cleaning: 
To ensure the appli ance works correctly it should be cleaned dail y. Clean the stainless 
steel sur faces with a damp cl oth or with soap and water ; if you use det ergents, make sur e 
they contai n no CHLORATES or ABRASIVES, then wash wi th water and dry thoroughly. 
Clean the enamelled surfaces with soap and  water only. 

 
 

N.B:

 do not leave the oven  door open when the oven  is on to avoi d the knobs  

and the burner control cocks from getting very hot which would undermine  

their working.

PREPARING FOR INST ALLATION 

 
The appliance must be posi tioned in a well  aerated place, if possible under a suction hood 
to ensure compl ete evacuation of the fumes created when cooki ng. 
Before using the appliance for the first time, remove all the protection sheets, cl ean all the 
surfaces with a soft cloth, warm water and soap to r emove all traces of the antirust 
products applied during production. 
 If the appliance is to be installed close to walls, partitions, kitchen units, decorative 
claddings, etc. , they ought t o be made wi th non flammabl e materials, if not leave a gap of at 
least 100 mm bet ween them and the appli ance. 
It is essential to comply with the fire prevention rules. 
The appliances can be posi tioned, depending on the model , as top or stand-alone 
appliances or  in series together  with others in our range. The main switch and outlet must 
be near the appli ance and easy  to reach.  
Level the appli ance, adjust its height and stabili ty by turning the levelling feet.
