Is the hot water being unlock?

Is the hot water indicator lamp on?

Is the water tank is shortage of 
water?

Is the silicone plug inside the 
Drip Tray is not inserted properly?

Recommendation

Gentle press ON button to unlock 
the hot water.

Turn the hot water button “ON” and 
make sure the hot water button is 
turn “green”

Please refill the water tank.

Insert the silicone plug properly.
