The diamond tool holder is connected under the pulley by three bolts. 
There are 3 soft buffers so the energy from the diamond disc will be 
softened. There are three magnets to attract any iron particles. The 
centering stars are in place to ensure that the diamond disc cutting 
tools will pass each other with working clearance. The cutting tools 
must be locked with the three screws on each plate.
