If you decide to stop using the appliance, it is advisable to render it inoperational by cutting the power
cable (ensuring first that the plug has been disconnected from the socket) and making sure that
parts that could be dangerous in the hands of children (e.g. the blade) can cause no harm.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL
Instructions for correct disposal of the product, according to the European Directive 2012/19/EU.
At the end of its useful life, the product should not be disposed of with household waste.
It can be handed in to the corresponding recycling centres made available by municipal councils, or
at the headquarters of dealers who offer this service.
The separate disposal of a household appliance enables the prevention of potential negative conse-
quences to the environment and health which come from inappropriate disposal and also enables the
materials which it is composed of to be recycled in order to achieve significant savings in energy and
resources. To emphasise the obligation to dispose of appliances separately, the incorrect disposal
of the product by the user involves the application of administrative sanctions provided for by the
regulations in force.
This product complies with European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Elec-
tronic Equipment, known as WEEE, which establishes the legal framework applicable in
the European Union for the disposal and recycling of electrical and electronic appliances.
Do not throw this product into the bin. Take it to the nearest electrical and electronic waste
treatment plant.
