Thank you for purchasing this Weight Bench! This quality product you have chosen was designed
to meet your needs for exercise.
Prior to assembly, remove components from the box and verify that all the listed parts were
supplied. Assembly instructions are described in the following steps and illustrations.

1) Before using this weight bench or starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is
especially important for persons over the 35 and /or persons with pre-existing health problems.

2) To reduce the risk of possible injuries to the user, it is important to review this manual and the
following precautions before operation.
Safety Precautions and Tips
It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that all users of this exercise machine have read
the Owner's Manual and are familiar with warnings and safety precautions.
*This machine has a User Maximum Capacity of 135 KGS.
*This machine should only be used on a level surface and is intended for indoor use only. It should
not be placed in a garage, patio or near water.
*Only one person at a time should use the machine.
*If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms, STOP the
workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
*Keep hands away from all moving parts.
*Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear robes or other clothing
that could become caught in the machine. Running or aerobic shoes are also required when using
the machine.
*Use the machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use attachments
not recommended by the manufacturer.
*Do not place any sharp object around the machine.
*Disabled person should not use the machine without a qualified person or physician in
attendance.
*Before using the machine to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.
*Never operate the machine if the machine is not functioning properly.
*A spotter is recommended during exercise.
