You can also open the door manually if required by either pushing or pulling the door open.
However,
it is important that the door is not forced to close as this will damage the
operator
. Let the door close automatically.
It is important that the door is NOT locked with the key
. If this is required, the operator
should be switched into manual mode using the switch on the side of the operator.
Operation of the opener whilst the door is locked will damage the unit.
Key override Switch
The key override has 3 positions buttons.
•
For normal operation of the door from the key fobs etc the key should be
in ‘Auto’
•
For the door to be in the open permanently the key should be in
‘Door Open’
•
For the door to be used manually only, th
e key should be in ‘Door Free’
On the side of the operator is a switch that allows you to turn the operator off.

For normal operation of the door from the key fobs and push buttons the switch
should be set to the ‘
I
’ position
•
When the switch is put into the ‘
O
’ position the door will just work as a normal
manual door.
•
NB: If you are having any difficulty in operating the door firstly, please check (if fitted)
that there is no object which may be interfering with the range of the safety sensors,
then turn the operator off, wait 1 minute and switch back on.
