Unpacking and Setup

1.

Remove the unit from the box and check
that all the items shown in Figure 1 are
included. It is a good idea to retain the
packaging for storing the unit or in the
event it must be shipped back for service.

2.

The unit is shipped with the 4-in-1 HEPA
filter sealed inside a protective plastic bag.
Detach the bottom cover and remove the
protective packing. Then remove the 4-in-
1 HEPA filter from the plastic bag, then
replace it inside the unit and replace the
bottom cover.

3.

The unit is also shipped with protective
packing above the HOCl generator
assembly. Detach the top cover and
remove the protective packing. Then
replace the top cover.

4.

Locate the unit on a flat, solid surface in
proximity to an AC electrical outlet.

5.

Connect the AC adapter to the unit, and
route the power cord to the outlet, but do
not plug it in yet. Make sure that the power
cord is out of the way and does not pose
a tripping hazard, and is out of reach of
children and pets.

6.

Plug in the unit.

Congratulations! You are now ready to enjoy
clean safe air using the AquaSolvo Eco
Ambient Air Sterilizer .

Preparation for Operation

7.

Remove the top cover to access the HOCl
generator.

8.

Grasp the handle and turn the generator
to unlock it from its base, and remove the
generator.

NOTE: Avoid touching the cold evaporation
filter element to minimize possible
contamination.

9.

Remove the cold evaporation filter by
unscrewing it from the generator.

10.

Fill the generator with tap water to the
MAX. water level (800ml/27.05oz. of
water).

NOTE: Hard water can shorten the life of

the Sterilizer . Water used should not have a

hardness greater than 100ppm .

11.

Add 1 scoop of non-iodized salt to the
water.

NOTE: Only use non-iodized salt with the

Sterilizer .

12.

Replace the cold evaporation filter.

13.

Wipe the exterior of the generator dry and
place it back in the base. Using the handle,
turn the generator to lock it in place.

14.

Replace the top cover.
