Troubleshooting Guide

Cannot power on

•  Connect the USB cable to charge the device, then, after a while, check again.
•  If it still cannot power on, contact our customer service centre.

Noise from Speaker

• Check if the audio file is damaged.
•  If the audio files are damaged, it may cause noise and a popping sound.

Cannot transfer files via USB

•  Check and ensure that the device is correctly connected to the PC.
•  Check and ensure that the memory has sufficient space available for downloading/

copying.

• Check and ensure the USB cable is properly connected and working.

USB connection fails

•   Make sure the USB device is securely connected to the USB port.
•   Check and ensure the USB cable and USB device are not damaged.
•   If the USB device is connected via a USB hub, connect the USB device directly to the

computer

Cannot connect the device to the wireless LAN router

• Check and ensure that the wireless LAN router is on.
•  Depending on the surrounding environment, such as the wall material, radio wave

receiving condition, or obstacles between the device and the wireless LAN router, the
communication distance may be shortened. Move the device and the wireless LAN
router closer to each other.

•  Devices VVsuch as a microwave oven, Bluetooth device or digital cordless device, may

interrupt the communication. Move the device away from such devices.

•  Try updating the firmware of your wireless LAN router.

If none of the suggestions above help you solve your problem, contact our customer
service centre for advice.
