Chassis Intrusion Connector
The board supports the chassis intrusion detection function. Connect the chassis intrusion sen-
sor cable from the chassis to this connector. When the system’s power is on and chassis intru-
sion occurs, an alarm will sound. When the system’s power is off and chassis intrusion occurs,
the alarm will sound only after the system restarts.
BIOS Setting
Configure the chassis intrusion detection (or case open) function in the Advanced menu (“Su-
per I/O Configuration” submenu) of the BIOS. Refer to Chapter 7 for more information.
