JP10 is used to select the power supplied to the LCD panel as well
as configure the inverter.

3-5 On: 3.3V
Inverter Voltage Select
2-4 On: 5V
4-6 On: 12V
Important:
Before powering-on the system, make sure JP10’s setting
matches the LCD panel’s specification. Selecting the incorrect
voltage will seriously damage the LCD panel.
