Making a Call

Call List

Call List

If you receive a call but do not
answer it, your OpenPhone 52 saves
the caller's number in the call list if
the telephone number has been
transmitted. If the telephone num-
ber has not been transmitted
"

Unknown

" appears in the display.

You can call back the telephone
numbers saved in the call list at any
time.

Making a Call from the
Call List

In your OpenPhone 52's idle state
you can select any of the following
menu items using the arrow keys:

Callers

(Call List): submenu for

selecting entries from the list

TelBook

(Telephone Book): sub-

menu for selecting a telephone
book entry for a call

Menu 

: submenu for carrying out

telephone settings or editing
the telephone book

Press the 

Callers

softkey.

The most recent entry in the call list
appears. If the telephone number is
listed in the telephone book, the
caller's name appears instead. Using
the arrow keys 

≤ ≥

scroll through

the individual entries in the call list.

The 

Option

softkey shows the

date and time of the call (also see
page 6) as well as other options to
dial the displayed telephone num-
ber.

If you want to transfer the tele-
phone number to the telephone
book, press the 

TelBook

softkey

now. The caller's telephone number
is entered into the telephone book
and you can enter a name for the
telephone number.

If you want to delete an entry from
the call list, press the 

Delete

soft-

key.

To find out how to enter a name
please refer to the section entitled
"Adding a New Entry". The call list
stores up to 10 calls. Calls which are
answered on another terminal on
your ISDN line are not displayed in
the call list.

Making a Call

Telephone Book
