13. Cocci stop (Cocci stop)
Staphylococci and streptococci are constantly present on the skin and mucous
membranes of throat and nose. Often during the trips, people do not get enough
sleep, get hypothermia, and get physically tired. Immune resistance weakens. In
this case, the cocci already start to have harmful effects on human body. One gets a
sore throat, heat, fever. The Cocci stop program reduces negative influence of cocci,
