6.2.
Lubrication
Fan motor bearings are permanently lubricated. All door latches, hinges, door operating
mechanisms, bearing or wear surfaces should be lubricated to ensure easy operation.
6.3.
Routine Tests
Danger!
Failure to heed warnings in this instruction manual and on the
oven could result in personal injury, property damage or death.
Test LBB Series Oven functions regularly and carefully for best performance. Safety of
personnel and maintenance of your equipment may depend on the proper operation of
any of the temperature control functions.
6.3.1.
Test Control Instrument
Test the Control instrument every 40 hours:
Check that the Control instrument
OUT
LED is cycling ON and OFF
Verify that the heater works
6.3.2.
Test Hi-Limit Instrument
Test the Hi-Limit instrument every 40 hours. With the oven operating at a set
temperature, set Hi-Limit instrument down to the setpoint operating temperature:

after adjusting the Hi-Limit instrument back to a higher setting, or by
letting the oven temperature drop a few degrees based on the hysteresis value of the
Hi-Limit instrument
6.4.
Replacement Parts
