I²S (Inter-IC Sound), pronounced eye-squared-ess,
is an electrical serial bus interface standard used
for connecting digital audio devices together. It is
used to communicate PCM audio data between
integrated circuits in an electronic device.

CLASS-D

A class-D amplifier or switching amplifier is an
electronic amplifier in which the amplifying
devices (transistors, usually MOSFETs) operate as
electronic switches, and not as linear gain devices
as in other amplifiers.
