5. Clamp exterior motor housing 386209 with the chucking jaws 462049
into a vice.
6. Slide the motor package into exterior motor housing 386209 from clutch
side.
7. Mount o-ring 828424, support disc 801250 and lock ring 827407 (special
repair tool - plier 461462) into interior motor housing 385195.
8. Insert the silencers 301295 and 323665 into the motor housing (observe
correct sequence!).
9. Assemble valve set 396399 A complete into the valve housing.
10. Tighten quick release nipple 804273 (AF 14, right-hand thread).
11. Mount reversal 388897 C onto exterior motor housing 386209 (AF 12,
right-hand thread).
12. Insert clutch 386361 A/B/C into the clutch bearing.
13. Tighten clutch bearing 386362 A complete with the spring sleeve (Ac-
cessories - Optional Equipment) and the quick change chuck to the
screwdriver by means of key 462111 (AF 27, left-hand thread).
ATTENTION
Tighten the quick release nipple 804273 using a maximum
tightening torque of 5 Nm / 44 in.lbs.
The claw of the clutch must engage with the claw of the
spindle.
