Factory reset: 

Please notice that factory reset of Android 5.0.1 units takes up to 10 minutes. After restarting it will keep on 

showing Android on the screen during reload of firmware. Just leave it and don’t turn it off during this state. 

After reloading firmware it will automatically start the tablet again.
