SPEAKER BOX CONNECTION
Connect speaker wires of SPEAKER BOXES to SPEAKER TERMINAL on the
rear of unit properly.

Note: Ensure polarities of speaker wire, RED (+) and BLACK (-) connected

to the SPEAKER TERMINAL properly.

AC OPERATION
Before operating, please check carefully that voltage indicated on your set
corresponds to voltage of your local area.

1. Plug the AC POWER CORD into a standard AC outlet. The STANDBY LED

INDICATOR will light up.

2. Press POWER BUTTON to start the unit.

The LCD DISPLAY will light up while STANDBY LED INDICATOR will go
“off”.

Remarks:

a. In case of malfunction due to electrostatic discharge (ESD), reset the unit

by reconnecting the AC CORD again to resume to normal operation.

b.

When not in use – Unplug the AC power cord completely from the AC
power cord. Where the mains plug or an appliance coupler is used as the
disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain operable.

Warning: 

The power cable/disconnect device shall remain easy to operate/disconnect.

RADIO OPERATION

1.

Slide FUNCTION SWITCH to “RADIO” position. 

2.

Slide BAND SWITCH to your desired waveband (FM or FM ST.). 

3.

Turn TUNING KNOB to your desired radio station; radio frequency will
appear on the LCD DISPLAY. 

4.

Adjust sound level by pressing VOLUME CONTROL knob (Up or Down). 

5. To turn off radio, press POWER BUTTON once. The backlight of LCD

DISPLAY will go “off” while STANDBY LED INDICATOR will light up.

FM STEREO INDICATOR
Slide BAND SWITCH to FM ST. position;
FM stereo indicator “

” will light up

when listening to a strong station that is
broadcasting in “stereo”. 
When FM stereo reception is weak, slide BAND SWITCH to FM position. In
this case FM reception will be monaural.
