Troubleshooting

function

 

as

 

it

expected,

 

please

 

try

 

the

 

following

 

steps.

 

The

 

Reader

not

 

responding

 

or

 

can’t

 

be

 

turned

 

on.

 

 

Reset

 

the

 

reader

 

by

 

press

 

and

 

hold

 

the

 

power

 

button

 

for

 

6

 

seconds.

 

The

 

reader

 

will

 

be

 

forced

 

shutdown

 

if

 

it

 

is

 

on

 

and

 

you

 

are

 

required

 

to

 

restart

 

the

 

reader

 

again.

 

 

Battery

 

has

 

been

 

fully

 

depleted.

 

Please

 

charge

 

the

 

reader

 

via

 

USB

 

or

 

USB

 

AC

 

Adapter.

 

 

Battery

 

Life

 

seems

 

short

 

 

The

 

operating

 

temperature

 

is

 

below

C.

 

this

 

is

 

due

After

 

the

 

reader

 

is

 

safely

 

removed,

 

computer

 

will

 

only

 

charge

 

the

 

reader

 

and

 

you

 

can

 

now

 

resume

 

normal

 

operation.
