8. 

Error Code 

If  the  motor  handpiece  stops  due  to  an  abnormality  such  as  a  malfunction,  overload  or 
breakage  due  to  misuse,  it  automatically  checks  the  state  of  the  control  unit.  It  detects  the 
cause  of  the  abnormality  and  displays  an  error  code  on  the  LCD  panel.  If  an  error  code  is 
displayed,  turn  on  the  power  again  and  check  whether  the  same  error  code  is  displayed. 
Should this be the case, refer to the instructions provided in the “Check/Remedy” column in the 
following table. 
 
In case of error, the display will for example read: 
 

 

 

 

NOTE 

If the battery is replaced while the AC adapter is connected, an incorrect error may be 
displayed.
