To change the maintenance expel time
Turn power off.
Press and hold
.
Turn power on.
The LED
(ready to operate) flashes.
Use
to change settings.
Maintenance time is set as follows:
15 sec
LED 1 illuminates
30 sec
LED 2 illuminates
45 sec
LED 3 illuminates
60 sec
LED
’s 1, 2 and 3 illuminates together
When time setting is chosen, wait 5 seconds for change to take effect.
After which the unit assumes normal operation (LED
illuminates).
NOTE:
Factory default setting is 60 seconds.
Disposal
See "Disposal of Consumables" (page 3).
Cleaning and disinfecting
Clean and disinfect powder coated paint surfaces with common disinfectants (Dentsply Sirona Volowipes, SciCan
OPTIM wipes, Metrex CaviWipes).
Clean operating keypad with soft cloth dampened with water.
Replacing fuses
Disconnect power.
Pull out fuse drawer.
(Push both flaps of the fuse drawer inward.)
Replace fuses.
Insert fuse drawer.
Use only Midwest
®
supplied fuses.
Replacing front door seal
Remove damaged door seal (at least one complete side).
Clean the bonding surface with rubbing alcohol.
Cut door seal to length.
Place new adhesive door seal flush with the inner edge of door.
Replacing rubber foot
Remove rubber foot.
Using the same screw and washer attach new rubber foot.
Replacing air tube
Remove tube from wall air supply.
Press and hold release ring on top of the compressed air coupling (page 5) and pull air tube out.
Slide a new tube on to the compressed air coupling.
Attach opposite end of tube to wall air supply.
