2.   After completing the brushing cycle, you can

spend additional time brushing the chewing
surfaces of your teeth and areas where
staining occurs. You may also brush your
tongue, with the toothbrush turned on or off,
as per your personal preference or dentist
recommendation.

Note: The InteliSonic is also safe to use on:

•

 Dental restorations (fillings, crowns, veneers)

•

Braces (brush heads will wear out sooner)

Additional Oral Care Needs

Periodontal pockets: Spend extra time working

the bristles into the pockets where plaque collects

below the gumline. Ask your dental professional for

help with identifying these areas.

sanitizing the Brush Head(s)

1.   Place the brush head bristles under running

water and rinse after each use.

2.   Gently shake the toothbrush to remove any

excess water after cleaning.

3.   Lift and open the UV sanitizer lid.
4.   Place the brush head(s) on

the peg(s) located in the UV
sanitizer drip tray with the
bristles directly facing the
UV light bulb. Remove the
travel cap before proceeding
with UV sanitizing. DO NOT
PLACE THE PROTECTIVE
TRAVEL CAP ON THE
BRUSH HEAD DURING UV
SANITIZING.

5.   Make sure the charger base with UV sanitizer

is plugged into a working outlet.

6.

Close the UV sanitizer lid to activate the UV
sanitizing process.

a.   The sanitizer lid will glow with a slight blue

hue indicating the UV light bulb is lit and
the sanitizing cycle has started. Please note
that this glow may be difficult to view in well
lit areas.

b.   When the sanitizing cycle is complete, the

sanitizer will automatically turn off and
the lid will no longer glow.

7.  When using the UV sanitizer:

a.   Only clean InteliSonic heads in the

sanitizer.

b.   Do not insert brush heads or operate the UV

sanitizer without the drip tray in place.

c.   The UV sanitizer will only work when the

lid is closed.

d.   The UV sanitizer will run for 7 minutes

and shut off automatically.

e.   The UV sanitizer will run automatically

every time the lid is closed.

Operation Modes

1.   There are 3 operation modes: normal,

sensitive and massage.

2.   Use the triangular mode selection button to

select your preferred operation mode. Your
mode selection will be indicated by a green light.

a.  Normal:

 Completely cleans your teeth
and gums.

b.   Sensitive:   Gently cleans your tongue and

any other sensitive areas.

c.   Massage:     Pulsates for gentle gum

stimulation.

Note: The high-speed sonic toothbrush is different

from traditional rotary power toothbrushes. Some

people may experience a slight tickling sensation

from its high speed vibration. After a few uses of the

toothbrush, this sensation will diminish.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Power Plug

1.

Clean the power plug regularly to ensure
it remains in good working order. The
accumulation of dust or dirt on the power
plug can cause an electric shock or reduce
the insulation effect, causing the system to
overheat.

Cleaning the Brush Head(s)

1.   Rinse the brush head and bristles after each use.
2.   Do not use water with a temperature higher

than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cleaning the Handle

1.  Remove the brush head.
2.   Wipe all surface areas with a damp cloth and

place the handle back into the charger or
handle base. Do not submerge the handle in water.

3.  Do not clean in the dishwasher.

Cleaning the Charger Base

1.   Remove the power plug from the electrical

outlet before cleaning the charger base and
UV sanitizer.

2.   Using a soft cloth, wipe dirt or debris from

the charger base and UV sanitizer exterior
surfaces.

3.   Clean the plug base with a dry cloth to

remove any dust or dirt every 3 months.
