Troubleshooting Guide
Condition
Solution
Weak or diminished
rotation
Excessive pressure placed on
the bristles against the teeth. Or
toothbrush set to “sensitive” rather
than “normal” mode.
Gently place the brush head on your
teeth using light pressure. Or change
mode setting to “normal.”
Stops after
two minutes
This is a normal function. The
toothbrush contains a timer to ensure
you brush for the proper amount of
time.
Charge does not last
The handle may not have been placed
on the charger vertically, so it has not
been properly charged.
Place the handle on the charger
vertically. The indicator light will
begin to flash green when the bottom
of the handle makes contact with the
charger.
Does not
turn on
The toothbrush has not been allowed
to charge long enough before its initial
use or the product has not been used for
more than two months.
Charge the handle for at least 24
hours.
Toothbrush is not
working normally (i.e.
rotation is not steady)
“Pulse” mode may be selected or the
battery may need charging.
Change mode to “normal.” Or place
toothbrush into the charger for at least
24 hours and then check again for
normal operation.
UV sanitizer light
does not turn on
The sanitizer lid may be open. Close
the sanitizer lid.
The power cord may not be plugged in.
Plug in the power cord.
The UV light bulb may be defective.
You may need to replace the UV light
bulb.
