2. OLED
2.1. OLED is not lit
Check the cable and its connection.
MAIN PCB : [
CP500] to FRONT PCB : [CP100]
Check the power supply voltage.
MAIN PCB
[
CP500 : 6pin] = +3.3V ± 0.5V, (+3.3V_CPU)
[
CP500 : 4pin] = +3.3V ± 0.5V, (+3.3V_D)
[
CP500 : 1, 2pin] = +18V or more +35V or less
Is the power supply voltage abnormal?
Check the output voltage.
FRONT PCB
[
IC100 : 3, 6pin] = +16V ± 1V
Does the output voltage largely deviate from
+16V?
Check the output voltage.
FRONT PCB
[
C130 : + terminal] = +12V ± 2V
Does the output voltage largely deviate from
+12V?
Check the EL_RESET signal.
(after starting the power supply)
FRONT PCB[
CP100 : 1pin]
"
Hi"?
Checking the Digital communication waveform.
(after starting the power supply)。
FRONT PCB [
CP100 : 3-14pin]
Is there an abnormality in the "
Hi" (3.3V) or "Lo"
(0V) level?
Check the connection.
OLED module and [
CP102].
If there are no abnormalities, replace the OLED
module.
Check that the connection is correct and recon-
nect FFC.
If conduction does not recover, replace the cable
or circuit board.
Check each part listed after "
YES" in "
".
Check the following and replace for the follow-
ing parts.
FRONT PCB の [
IC100] 及び [R101, R106, R110]
Disconnect [
CP102] and check for a short circuit.
MAIN PCB[
C130 : + terminal] and GND。
If there are no abnormalities, replace the OLED
module.
