1.3 Connection of PC and AV Receiver

1) Confirm the power switch of the AV Receiver is turning off.

2) Remove a top cover.

3) Connect the AV amplifier with RS-232C conversion board (GU-232C).

4) Connect PC with RS-232C conversion board (GU-232C) with the RC-232C cable.

1.4 Install the DENON Flash ROM Writer Compact version.

1) Execute the “FWCV_AVR887_V0028_SETUP.exe”.

2) Install utility according to message.

3) After installed, you can see the ‘DENON AVR887_FWCV_V0028
