(1) Con fi rm the power on/off switch of the AV receiver/ampli fi er is turning off.
(2) Connect the RS-232C cable from PC with the AV receiver/ampli fi er.
3. Turn on the AV receiver/ampli fi er
Operate the following. Turn on the AV receiver.
(1)
Connect the power cable to the AC outlet while simultaneously pushing the "SURROUND MODE
0
" button and the
"RETURN" button of the front panel.
(2) Con fi rm the power indicator is green and “WRITTING” is displayed in the front panel.
4. Run the DFW
Run the “DFW_0042_AVR2311_AVR891_(Rev.1.0.6).exe” on desktop of PC.
5. Communication check
(1) Click the “Check Comm.” button.
(2) When connection is good, then you can see the “Communication check OK.” message.
